Join us for a stand-alone 16-30's conference this October!

The day will include a variety of topics that are catered to young people with ataxia. We will also have a sociable space available throughout the day, as well as a 'chill out' time in the afternoon for people to socialise and relax.
Group members may of course join the main conference at any point during the day; this is an informal space that aims to be useful, informative and fun.
We'll update you with what to expect from this year's conference closer to the time. Meanwhile, stay in touch by joining the charity to receive our e-newsletters and quarterly Ataxia Magazine.

2017's 16-30's conference

To get a flavour of what our stand alone conference is about, take a look at last year.

The Schedule

Breakouts

We’ve left space in the afternoon so that you can attend any of the breakouts that interest you. Booking forms for the breakouts will be released closer to the time of the conference, so please keep an eye out!

Ambassador's Project

At last year's 16-30's conference, we held our first Ambassador training day. Since then, a select number of group members have continued in their training, becoming fully fledged ambassadors and having the opportunity to practice at 2018's disability-related exhibition Naidex. You can read more about that here:

How to book

To book tickets to our 16-30's conference, you'll need to visit the main Ataxia UK website here and purchase a delegate ticket once the bookings are open. You will be asked whether you'd like to attend the 16-30's chill out when you make your purchase.
